If you contribute to the side and have uploaded 10+ videos to the site in the last year, I will accept your friend request, even if I don't like the content. It's the same rules for everyone, I get a lot of requests so if you don't have any videos uploaded recently there's no point trying. All the videos I've uploaded I have found elsewhere on the internet, I don't own them. If you want a video removed contact the website to have it removed. You can contact me to have it removed also but the process is quicker through the website's administrators.
